Established
in 1927, Exeter Friendly Society have no shareholder to support and are
therefore able to use any surplus fund to improve the benefits of their members.
Their cover
includes the Preferred Plan and the Low Cost Plan.
The
Preferred plan offers comprehensive cover, including providing benefits for
in-patient, day-patient and out-patient cover. This plan covers such
things as ECGs, physiotherapy, transport, specialist consultations and scans.
The Low
Cost plan aims to cover the most essential parts of any medical treatment,
providing in and day-patient treatments. Also covered, are out-patient
diagnostic test and consultations when directly related to in or day patient
treatments.
